Registration is not mandatory and you can make a purchase as a guest.

Questions about order management

2.1. How can I know if my order has been completed correctly?

The receipt of the order will be notified to you immediately by email. If you do not receive the notification, it is possible that the message has ended up in the spam folder or that the e-mail address you provided is incorrect. In this case , contact us for more information

2.2. Is there a minimum order amount?

The minimum order amount is Euro 50.00

2.3. Can I pay for my order upon delivery?

Yes, only in Italy it is possible to pay in cash on delivery with a supplement of Euro 5.90

3.1. Is it possible to track the shipment?

All our shipments are traceable via the number that will be communicated to you when your order is processed.

3.2. Is it possible to request a shipment in the post office?

At the moment it is not possible.

3.3. Is it possible to request a shipment in a depot?

At the moment it is not possible.

3.4. How much is the transport?

The cost of transport in Italy is FREE while for other Countries it varies according to the destination. You can find all the details on the shipping and payments page

3.5. If I return a product, will the transport costs be refunded?

Returns only in Italy are always free for number changes and no shipping costs will be charged. Only in the event of a definitive return or if the number for the exchange is not available will a contribution of Euro 4.90 be requested which will be withheld at the time of reimbursement. For other EU Countries the return cost it's always Euro 14.90

3.6. Is the availability of the items for sale real?

Yes, the site is constantly updated and all items on sale are intended for immediate delivery.

3.7. How long does it take for my order to be processed?

If your order is placed (excluding holidays) by 12:30 it will be shipped the same day; after this time the shipment will take place the following day.

3.8. Is it possible to collect the products ordered in the shop?

Yes, it is possible to buy online on the site and immediately collect the products in our Baricella store in the Province of Bologna (Italy) using the free Click & Collect service

Yes, it is possible by calling +39 051 873091 during shop hours, but the only accepted payment methods will be bank transfer

No, Grimandi Calzature has a single store in the historic headquarters in Via Roma 1 in Baricella in the Province of Bologna (Italy)

If you live in a country of the European Union there is no problem but payment by cash on delivery will not be possible. For non-EU states, visit the shipping and payments page
