Italy

Free shipping in Italy for orders over 99.00 Euro, while for orders of lower amounts there is a contribution of 5.90 Euro. We rely on the best express couriers which, depending on the delivery location, may be: GLS, BRT, SDA, DHL, or UPS.

• All orders placed before 12:30 PM (CET) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon (after 12:30 PM), Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are shipped on Monday afternoon or the first available business day.
• Delivery takes place on average within 1 business day from dispatch, and 2 business days for Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia. For remote or island locations, an additional day may be required.

Same-Day Delivery

All orders received from Monday to Friday before 6:00 PM and Thursday by 12:30 PM are delivered by us on the same day for eligible areas highlighted on the map near our store in Baricella (Bologna). Payment for this service is accepted exclusively via PayPal or Credit Card.

All shipments destined for Countries outside the European Union are displayed Tax-Free (exempt from Italian VAT) and executed under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. As required by Customs regulations, shipments are accompanied by a commercial invoice declaring the value of the merchandise. Import duties, local sales taxes, and customs clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

Payments

Whether you choose to pay by Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer, your data will always travel on secure and encrypted servers. At no time during the purchase process will Grimandi Calzature or third parties have access to your sensitive payment information; it is transmitted via a secure encrypted connection directly to the banking institution managing the transaction. Simultaneously with order placement, the reference bank authorizes the reserve of the required amount.

• Paypal
  By choosing this option, after clicking "Complete Order", you will be redirected to PayPal to enter your credentials and process the payment securely. For each transaction, a confirmation email is sent by PayPal, and you can benefit from PayPal Purchase Protection. Merchandise is shipped exclusively to the address verified by PayPal.
• Credit Card through a secure system
  We accept payments from major credit and prepaid cards including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay, and Satispay. Sensitive cardholder data is protected by high-level encryption. The actual debit on your credit card occurs only at the time of product shipment.
• Klarna - Flexible Payments
  Select Klarna at checkout to split your purchase into 3 interest-free monthly installments. Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) is managed directly by Klarna. Upon order confirmation, an authorization hold is placed for the first installment amount. The first installment is charged when the order is dispatched, while the remaining two installments will be charged at 30-day intervals.
• Cash on Delivery (Italy Only)
  Cash payment upon delivery is available strictly for domestic orders shipped within Italy. The courier accepts cash only (no bank checks). An additional service fee of Euro 7.90 applies.
• Bank Transfer
  Payment must be made to our bank account details displayed on the order confirmation page. Goods will be dispatched as soon as the funds clear in our bank account (usually 1 business day).
