Easy return
Important note for international customers: the "Easy Return" guided procedure (with home pickup and free first size exchange) applies exclusively to orders delivered within Italy. For international returns, please refer to the dedicated section at the bottom of this page.
To ensure the maximum satisfaction of our customers, we believe it is essential to offer you the possibility to try on the chosen products comfortably at home. If they do not meet your expectations, you can return them for a free size exchange or a definitive withdrawal within 30 days of delivery.
Easy Return in three simple steps
- Start the procedure by clicking on the Online Withdrawal Form and entering your order number.
- Place the original shoe box inside a second protective box and wait for the confirmation email from our courier (BRT), who will pick up the package on your requested day (home pickup is available in Italy only).
- Within 72 hours of the package arriving at our warehouse, we will ship your new size or issue a refund using the same payment method chosen for the purchase.
Our "Easy Return" home pickup service is totally free within Italy for your first size exchange. To set up and activate the service, simply access the WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN FORM.
For pickups in Italy, the courier will send you a confirmation email and will come on the requested day. No printed labels or other documents are required, as the courier will affix the label directly to the box. It is not possible to schedule an exact pick-up time.
In the case of a definitive withdrawal (return) or if the requested size for an exchange is unavailable, we will process the refund within 72 hours of receiving the goods, using the same payment method. Return costs depend on your location: for orders within Italy, a management fee of Euro 6.90 will be deducted from the refund. For international orders (outside Italy), the customer is fully responsible for organizing and paying their own return shipping (therefore, the Euro 6.90 fee does not apply). In the case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer payments, you will be asked to provide your IBAN code in the online form.
International Returns (EU and Non-EU)
If you made a purchase with delivery outside of Italy, our "Easy Return" home pickup service is not available. Return shipping is entirely at your own expense and care:
- The products must be autonomously shipped back to our warehouse (Grimandi Calzature, Via Roma 1, 40052 Baricella BO, Italy) within 30 days of the delivery date.
- For returns originating from Non-EU Countries (e.g., USA, Switzerland, Canada, Australia), you are strictly required to declare the statement "RETURNED GOODS - MERCE IN RESO" on the shipping customs documents. Any import duties, customs taxes, or clearance fees charged to Grimandi Calzature by Italian customs authorities upon the parcel's re-entry into Italy will be fully deducted from your final refund.
- Original outbound shipping fees paid for home delivery are non-refundable under any circumstances.
