Shipping in Italy is free, fast, safe and reliable. We rely on the best couriers which, depending on the delivery location, may be: GLS, BRT, DHL or UPS.

• All orders placed before 12:30 are immediately processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon (after 12:30) Saturday, Sunday and holidays are shipped on Monday afternoon or the first working day in case of holidays.
• Delivery takes place on average within 1 working day from the moment the order is shipped while it is 2 days for Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia. For some disadvantaged locations an additional day may be required.

Same day delivery

All orders received from Monday to Friday before 18:00 and Thursday by 12:30 are delivered by us the same day. The areas covered by this service are those exclusively highlighted in mappa and near our headquarters in Via Roma 1 in Baricella (Bologna). By selecting this service it will be possible to pay for the order only via PayPal or Credit Card.

Extra UE Country

All shipments destined for Countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise and may be to subject to import fees. Payment of these import fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.

Whether you choose to pay by credit card or PayPal or by bank transfer, the data will always travel on secure and encrypted servers. At no time during the purchase process, nor Grimandi Footwear and third parties will be able to know the information relating to the payment system, in fact they will be transmitted via a secure connection directly to the site of the bank that manages the transaction and no computer archive of Grimandi Calzature will keep this data. At the same time as the order, the reference bank will authorize the commitment of the amount relating to the order placed.

• Paypal
  By choosing this method, after clicking "Complete the order", you are redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you can enter your e-mail and password for your Paypal account, in order to pay for the order. For each transaction performed with this method, a confirmation e-mail is sent from PayPal and you can take advantage of the PayPal purchase protection. The goods are shipped only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal.
• Credit Card through a protected and secure system
  It is possible to pay through the main credit and prepaid cards of the Visa, Mastercard circuits including Apple Pay and Google Pay. The sensitive data of the holder (name, card number, expiry date, etc.) they are protected by encrypted systems so that no one will be able to get to know them in any way. When the credit card details are entered, only the authorization to spend on the credit card is requested from the bank. In some cases, banks notify the customer by sending an SMS.   The transfer must be made to our current account following the bank details that you can view on the order confirmation page. The shipment of the products will take place only when the relative amount is credited. Usually the money transfer time is 1 business day.
