Order online and collect in store

It is a fast, simple and free purchasing method that allows you to order available products online and collect them directly from our physical store.

How does the service work?

1. Order online by selecting your favorite models and sizes.
2. Select the free "In-store pickup" option at checkout.
3. Pickup timing and order availability:

   • Items Available Now in store: the footwear is already physically on the shelves at our Baricella store. You are free to pick up your order whenever you prefer, even shortly after purchasing online; our staff will prepare the box directly at the counter upon your arrival.

   • Items transferred from partner hub (24 - 48 hours — Melluso and CafèNoir lines): the shoes are transferred from the brand's central warehouse directly to our store. To save you an unnecessary trip from Bologna or Ferrara, we will send you a confirmation email with the subject "Order ready for pickup" as soon as they arrive in store. (Note: any technical internal warehouse transfer notifications do not replace our order ready email).

4. Collect your order in store: bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation email with you.
